1 General Rules

This document sets out the terms and conditions for use of the gb33 online entertainment platform. gb33 is a safe and trusted digital entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

When you visit the gb33 website, open an account, or use any service on the platform, you are considered to have given your full consent to these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time and the latest version will always be published on this page.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• If an account is opened with false information, it will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify the gb33 support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

gb33 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is completed.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

gb33 strictly enforces its age limit policy. Protecting minors is one of our highest priorities.

• By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• gb33 may request any necessary documents to verify age.
• If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.
• Anyone who intentionally assists a minor in using this platform will be considered to have committed a serious violation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gb33 provides safe and fast transaction facilities through Bangladesh's popular payment methods.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can be made through the following methods:

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit depends on the account type and verification level.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

• gb33 will not be responsible for funds transferred to an incorrect account number.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions may not be processed by gb33 without verification.
• Cases of money laundering or illegal funds will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gb33 offers bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular members. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (on the bonus amount, not on the total deposit).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Bonuses are only usable on games designated by gb33.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• gb33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If any bonus abuse is suspected, gb33 will investigate and may suspend the account if necessary.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on gb33 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. All game outcomes are determined by a neutral and automated system.

6.1 Gaming Fairness

All games on the gb33 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed in that game's interface. Bets cannot be placed outside the set limits.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, gb33 reserves the right to void the result of that round. In such cases, the stake for that bet will be returned to the user's account.

6.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

The final settlement of wins and losses in sports betting will be based on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement will be made in accordance with gb33's rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb33 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to artificially influence the platform's software or game outcomes.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Hacking or cyber-attacks on gb33's systems or network.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Assisting a minor in opening or using an account.
• Defamatory or abusive conduct toward gb33's services or other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

gb33 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Member's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 After Account Closure

Upon account closure, any outstanding legitimate funds (excluding bonuses and funds related to prohibited activities) will be returned to the member's registered payment method. However, in cases of fraud or breach of terms, deposited funds may be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels they are losing control of their gaming, they may contact gb33 support to voluntarily request self-exclusion. gb33 will honour that request with respect.

9 Privacy & Security

9.1 Data Collection
